1. TURN ON THE NIGHT MODE
The first I do after sunset is turning on the NIGHT MODE on all of my devices whether it is my phone, tablet or the laptop. The NIGHT MODE is lower the strain and makes your eyes less fatigue which is caused due to low light conditions. The night mode turns everything into a yellow tint which resembles with day sunlight. It is a better way to protect your eyes from strain.2. BRUSH YOU TEETH
You eat a lot of things during your day, and may be some of the food particles are still trapped in your mouth. It can not only gives bad breath but sometimes can also cause cavities which is really painful (from experience *_*). Dentists also recommend to brush your teeth twice a day (One in the morning and one before bed) for atleast 2 minutes. This will make you feel fresh and also healthy for your mouth.

3. WASH YOUR FACE
Washing your face is really necessary as Your face encounters a lot of dirt and pollution all the day which sometimes can cause acne and pimple breakouts. Washing your face makes it clean and removes all the dirt and bacteria. Make Sure you use a good quality face Wash (Linked down below).
4. MOISTURIZING YOUR FACE
Your face is dry after using a face wash, so now it is your responsibility to moisturize it otherwise your face will automatically itself produce oil which makes your skin oily and look greasy. Use a good quality moisturizer (linked down below) to moisturize your face.
5. EYE-CREAM
Use a good quality eye-cream (linked down below) which keeps your eye fresh and lightens the dark circles. It also helps to reduce wrinkles. Believe me, your eyes are also very important as your face and they also needed to be taken care of.
6. ANTI-ACNE CREAM

7. HAIR OIL AND MASSAGE
Its time to take care of your hair. Just take 2-3 small drops of warm coconut oil and massage your scalp lightly for about 10-15 minutes. This will provide nutrients to your hair and make them most soft. Your hair will heal itself throughout the night. Make sure your wash out your hair in the morning.
8. APPLY BODY LOTION
If you like to take a bath before sleeping, Do it after BRUSHING YOUR TEETH. Now your body also needs to be moisturized. Take a nice body lotion and apply it all over your body. It will make your skin soft and moisturzed.
9. DEODOUANT
Just Because I like it :P. You can apply deodourant to have a nice fragnance during your sleep and also if you get very sweaty during the night, this will help you out a lot.
10. DRINK WATER
Now, This is the most important and beneficial step. Drinking a glass of water will keep your body hydrated all night and also water is really good for your skin and body. I recommend to keep a water bottle beside your bed so whenever you feel thirsty during your sleep, you can easily drink water from it. Believe me, water is the best thing for your body. The more you drink, the more toxins will be released out from your body.
11. TURN OFF THE LIGHT
